BANDHANI : TYING AN ART

 Round and round the thread went, 

Knotting up a pattern for the colours to flow.

The stronger the tie, the lesser the dye. 

And so many colours upon the saree would glow.

Writing poetry is hardly our forte, but creating wonders on fabrics sure is. Our artisans and designers have put together an ingenious collection of handmade Shibori, Bandhani or Bandhej.
