Damaged or Wrong Product
Returns are considered in case of a damaged or wrong product is delivered. For any return, please generate a return request at return request page within three days of receiving the product. You have to provide details like product conditions and product pictures while generating your request. We will arrange a pickup after processing your request and your refund will be initiated once the product is received at our warehouse. We will not entertain a return any later than three days from receiving the product.
Exchanges
We offer an exchange in sizes for all products. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please generate an exchange request at exchange request page.
We will not entertain exchanges any later than three days from receiving the product. If you wish to exchange a piece, please initiate a return within three days of receiving your order.
Don't Like Your Purchase
In case you don't like your purchase and want to return the product, please generate a request at retrurn page within three days of delivery. For such returns, if pickup is arranged by SootiSyahi there will be a deduction of 200 Rs as a reverse pickup charge from your refund.
For a full refund, you must send the products to our warehouse (address mentioned below) by yourself. Once the products are received at our warehouse after checking and processing your refund will be initiated:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customized Products
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 7-14 working days.
International Orders
If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@sootisyahi.com with your Order ID and sending us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement will be sent. We do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation by mailing us at support@sootisyahi.com
Please read item descriptions carefully and note the sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while they may be close, may not be 100% accurate. Please note by purchasing from Sootisyahi you as the buyer agrees to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.
